Professor Mark A. Lemley is mentioned in the Daily Journal in an article about Keker & Van Nest hiring Michael Kwun, Google Inc's former managing counsel of litigation, as replacement for lawyers who recently exited and founded their own new IP law firm Durie Tangri Lemley Roberts & Kent:

When he starts on Friday, Kwun will serve as of counsel, the same position that Stanford Law School Professor Mark Lemley filled at the firm before he left with four Keker & Van Nest partners Feb. 2 to form Durie Tangri Lemley Roberts & Kent.
