Professor Mark A. Lemley is mentioned in a story in the the Daily Journal as one of the partners who broke away from Keker & Van Nest to found a new law firm:

Michael Page, an expert in copyright infringement and Internet law who represented file-sharing software distributor Grokster Ltd. before the U.S. Supreme Court in a major legal battle with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., is doing work on a couple of cases for Durie Tangri Lemley Roberts & Kent.

The new firm opened for business Feb. 2.

The core of the new firm is a group of three former Keker & Van Nest attorneys and once closely knitted UC Berkeley School of Law classmates - Durie, Tangri and Stanford Law School Professor Mark Lemley. They were part of the same study group and used to meet at the old Café Roma across from the law school.
