Professor Lawrence Lessig is mentioned as Joe Biden's "opposite in terms of his views on intellectual property" in a Billboard article:

Biden's pro-copyright attitude may not be shared by the top of the ticket. Obama supports Net Neutrality laws, which would make it harder for access providers to block P2P networks, and he has talked about updating copyright law. Perhaps worst of all for the entertainment business, copyright reform activist and Stanford law professor Lawrence Lessig -- Biden's opposite in terms of his views on intellectual property -- is rumored to be on the short list for the chief technology officer position that Obama has talked about adding to the cabinet.
