One good thing to come out of the short court visit Wednesday involved Page Mill's utility fee, said Jessica Steinberg, an attorney with the Stanford Law Clinic, which is helping to fight the rent increases. The city had contended the $50 fee was illegal, and Page Mill voluntarily rescinded it.
