"The Wall Street Journal" quoted Professor Joseph Grundfest in a story about the fate of Dow Jones in the wake of News Corp.'s takeover bid:
"Even if the Bancroft family can legally turn the bid down, that doesn't mean it is at all a sensible thing for them to do in terms of their own best interests, in the newspaper's best interests and the shareholders' best interests," said Mr. [Joseph A. Grundfest]. "And that really is going to be the test."
