Lecturer in Law and Executive Director of the Fair Use Project Anthony Falzone is quoted in the Grand Rapids Free Press. The Fair Use Project announced that it's representing Michigan-based RDR Books against a copyright and trademark infringement lawsuit brought by Harry Potter author J. K. Rowling and Warner Bros.:
"We think it's an important 'fair use' case because it goes to the rights of fans to use and interact with the material they love so much, which happens to be copyrighted," said Anthony Falzone, the project's executive director.
