Professor Kenneth Scott appeared on ABC 7 News at 6:00 in a segment about the possibility of Carl Icahn entering a proxy fight over Microsoft's failed takeover bid of Yahoo:

"Normally to make it work whoever launches the proxy fight is going to have to get support from large holders of company stock," said Kenneth Scott LLB, a Stanford professor of law and business.

"It may be enough to get the parties to come back together and to negotiate out a final offer that's accepted," said Scott.
