"Daily Journal" quotes Stanford Constitutional Law Center Director, Professor, Former Dean, and a lawyer for the Kamehameha schools Kathleen M. Sullivan
"We're very happy with the decision," said Sullivan, also of-counsel at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges in Redwood Shores.
"The Kamehameha Schools are very unique," she said, adding that the institution receives no federal funds, is "remedial" - it was created to benefit a dispossessed and disadvantaged group - and involves indigenous people.
