Professor Henry T. "Hank" Greely is quoted in a National Law Journal story about a new Law and Neuroscience Project funded by the MacArthur Foundation, and how the field of neurosciences will influence certain aspects of criminal law, specifically the insanity defense:
Henry T. Greely, a professor at Stanford Law school, said developments in neuroscience could have major impact on the legal field, such as, for example, insanity defenses.
"Human society and hence human law is the law about human brains," he said.
