Professor Joseph A. Grundfest is quoted in a Wall Street Journal story about the increase of securities class-action law suits due to the subprime mortgage crisis:

Subprime cases may be "a one-time event that you don't expect will reoccur," says Stanford law professor Joseph Grundfest. "There is still a question about whether securities class actions are back," adds John Gould, of Cornerstone Research.
