The National Law Journal names Jeffrey L. Fisher as one of many Supreme Court litigators who have argued several cases in front of the Supreme Court:
Stanford Law School's Jeffrey Fisher... who argued three cases this term, is one of the youngest voices at the podium...
Fisher, who teaches at Stanford Law's Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, lost two of his three cases but his victory came in one of the term's signature rulings: Kennedy v. Louisiana, 128 S. Ct. 2641 (2008), in which a 5-4 court rejected the death penalty for the crime of rape of a child.
