Professor Michele Landis Dauber is quoted in The Recorder in a story about a survey on diversity in big law firms by a group of Stanford Law School students called Law Students Building A Better Legal Profession. The results of the survey showed a lack of diversity in many firms:

"When you go into Career Services, carry this with you," said Michelle Dauber, a Stanford law professor who advises the student group. "They wanted to create a readily accessible way for students to vote with their feet."
