Professor Joseph Grundfest and Graduate School of Business professor Darrell Duffie talk to Ken Wayne of KTVU news. Both professors participated in a panel discussion, titled "SEC v. Goldman Sachs: Analyzing the SEC's Complaint," hosted by the Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance:

Top executives and traders from Goldman Sachs got a grilling on Senate Hill. The government demanded that the company explain about what went wrong with Goldman Sachs and how do we avoid another financial disaster? Those were the questions tonight at the Stanford School Of Business. About 250 people crowded inside to listen. People are angry, people have lost hundreds of billions of dollars, people's homes are at risk and I think they have very serious questions to ask and they want answers and they deserve answers.

Speakers: Prof. Joseph Grunfest, former SEC Commissioner; ... Prof. Darrell Duffie, Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
