Professor William Gould of Stanford Law School presented lectures on Arbitration, Labor Law, and Employer-Employee Dispute Resolution at the Yeditepe University Law School and the Istanbul Bar Association. The lectures were followed by question-and-answer sessions. This program provided an opportunity to present the U.S. legal system – especially arbitration – as a model.
