The Stanford Law School Center for Internet and Society (CIS) is seeking a residential Research Fellow to conduct policy analysis regarding global legal liabilities of communications network intermediaries. The Fellow would study intermediary liability and how various legal obligations, safe harbors, and immunities affect innovation and freedom of expression.
