Overview

Our goal is to:

• Foster a community amongst Muslim students, faculty, and staff at SLS
• Highlight issues of interest to Muslims at the law school and to the wider community related to law, policy, faith, and practice
• Provide a space to engage with legal and socio-political issues affecting Muslim communities in America and abroad
• Work with the SLS administration and faculty to encourage curriculum offerings related to Islam, Muslims, and Islamic Law
• Work with the SLS administration to encourage overall religious diversity in terms of student recruitment, retention, and faculty support
