How to add a new profile:
- Login to your dashboard
- From the top, black menu, select Content manager then Create Content then Person
- Go to the person's Contact Information tab and enter their full name, first name, and last name in the correct fields
- If you have received permission, enter the person's email and phone number. The phone number should have a space after the area code and a dot before the last four numbers.
- If they have an office, select the building from the drop down menu then enter their Room Number.
- On the right side of the page, in the box labeled Display this person on the main directory select Yes unless specifically told otherwise.
- Click Save.
