Content and Communications Manager
As the content and communications manager for the Rock Center for Corporate Governance and the Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance, Emily raises awareness of research from faculty and fellows and manages web site content, social media, blog postings, and annual reports.
Previously, she worked as a social media producer and media relations associate for Stanford School of Medicine’s Office of Communication and Public Affairs, where she was a regular contributor to the medical school’s Scope blog. She also served as managing editor of Stanford Anesthesia, the annual report of the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine. Since 2006, she has provided research assistance for Professor Janice Ross in Stanford’s Department of Theater and Performance Studies, most recently for Ross’s book Like a Bomb Going Off: Leonid Yakobson and Ballet as Resistance in Soviet Russia (Yale University Press, 2015). Emily holds a BA in art history from Stanford.
