Jeanine Becker empowers individuals and teams to lead, collaborate and negotiate with confidence. Through training, coaching and facilitation she empowers her students and clients to find both more ease and better results by leveraging insights from neuroscience, mindfulness and emotional intelligence research in order to retain full access to their problem solving abilities and creativity – even in the midst of conflict.
In addition to teaching Negotiation at Stanford Law School for the last 8 years, she has lectured at Hastings, Haas Business School and Mills College and has worked with Lean Startup Productions, the Women’s StartUp Lab, Momentum Accelerator, SITELAB Urban Studios, Encore.org, Motorola Mobility, Mellon Capital, FSG, the National Association of Women Business Owners, and Young Women Social Entrepreneurs.
She facilitated at Wisdom 2.0 2014, Wisdom 2.0 Business 2013 and Emerging Women Live 2013, presented at the ABA’s 2010 Alternative Dispute Resolution Conference on insights from neuroscience for teaching negotiation, and co-taught a workshop at Esalen -- Discovering Your Path to Authentic Collaborative Relationships.
After receiving her J.D. from Stanford Law School, Jeanine spent 12+ years negotiating and leading teams to close thousands of complex commercial transactions for start-ups and Fortune 50 companies both at law firms and as in house counsel.
