Constitutional Law Center Fellow
Michael Toth became a fellow at the Constitutional Law Center in 2014. His research interests are constitutional law, with a particular focus on government and public employee speech, legislative standing, sovereign immunity, and election law. He is the author of Founding Federalist: The Life of Oliver Ellsworth (ISI Books: 2011). He holds a J.D. and M.A. (History) from the University of Virginia, and a B.A. from Stanford University. He clerked for Judge Edith H. Jones of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and Judge Ursula Ungaro of the Southern District of Florida. He served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
