Meet Sachika Thakur, LLM ’26.
For Sachika, one of the most meaningful parts of Stanford Law has been the people. From cultural nights celebrating traditions from around the world to the collaborative, problem-solving environment in the classroom, she found an experience that was as ...deeply human as it was academic.
This fall, she’ll join the restructuring practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York City. Looking ahead, she hopes to return to India and apply what she’s learned to advance climate law and policy, strengthen regulatory frameworks, and help shape meaningful corporate reform.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for these energizing conversations and a big thank you to Marisa Brutoco, '00, JD '04, and Rich Bridgford, '82, JD '85, for hosting as well as Robin Drysdale for organizing the events. #slsalumni
