Lecturer in Law
Stephan M. Ray is a senior shareholder of Stutman, Treister & Glatt PC and is resident in the firm's Los Angeles office. He has more than 30 years experience representing debtors, trustees, committees, creditors, shareholders, investors and other parties in business restructurings, bankruptcy cases and related litigation throughout the United States.
Mr. Ray teaches Corporate Reorganization as a Lecturer in Law at both Stanford Law School (2002, 2007-present) and USC Gould School of Law (1989-present). He also often lectures on bankruptcy issues at professional conferences, and is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy.
Mr. Ray received his B.A. in Economics from UCLA in 1976 and his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 1979.
