President Bush signs into law H.R. 4818
President Bush today signed into law H.R. 4818, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 that provides for restructuring and increasing most PTO user fees, including maintenance fees, and will provide for a search fee and examination fee that are separate from the filing fee, during fiscal years 2005 and 2006.
