This seminar focuses on economic analysis of corporate law and governance. The materials consist primarily of law review articles and finance journal articles. For some classes, the seminar is devoted to a presentation of a current paper by an outside guest, typically a professor of law, business or economics from another university. Other faculty members attend these presentations as well.
