This course provides an opportunity for students to work on a variety of actual litigation and policy problems in constitutional law, on topics and in cases to be announced but likely to involve such issues as rights of research, electronic privacy, and governmental responses to emergency. Completion of Con Law I is a prerequisite and completion of Con Law II is preferred.
