Health Law & Policy II

Description

This course is the second part of an introductory survey of the American health care system and its legal and policy problems. The class will focus on ethical issues and on public health. Specific issues will include end of life, reproductive rights, research ethics, the food and drug administration, and public health law.

The class is open to all law or medical students. Graduate students may be admitted from other parts of the university by consent of the instructor.
