Dispute Resolution in International Economic Law

Description

This workshop meets approximately every other Monday in the Fall and Winter quarters. The speakers will be presenting their current research relating to the workshop theme. We anticipate that the invited papers will include theoretical work on international trade and investment disputes; empirical work on WTO dispute resolution (such as the efficacy of developing country participation); and legal analysis of current, prominent disputes in the WTO and under international investment treaties.
