Current Issues in Tax Policy
Description
This is a supplement to Taxation I. We will discuss current issues in Federal (and perhaps California) tax. As an example, one topic will be the future of the estate tax.
This course is restricted to students concurrently enrolled in Law 355: Taxation I.
