The colloquium is a weekly overview and discussion of selected issues in corporate law and corporate governance. While the core of the colloquium focuses on readings in the corporate governance and law area, the colloquium also includes presentations of research and papers by faculty, visiting scholars, and outside guest speakers.
This course is required for students in the Corporate Governance and Practice LL.M. program.
