Student Room Reservations and Event Calendar

Before you request a room please be sure you are following the right process:

Does your event need to be on the Event Calendar?


Then you'll need to submit your room reservation to the Event Calendar here. You'll need an Event Manager account and if you don't have one, you may sign up for an Event Manager account.


Is this a small group meeting (10 or less people) that does not need to be listed on the Event Calendar?


For example, is your meeting:

  • A TA session
  • a small study group
  • mock trial prep
  • moot court prep
  • a small conference planning meeting

You need to fill out a room reservation request. Your meeting will not be listed on the Event Calendar.
