Juvenile Justice Discussion Forum

In conjunction with the Farrell v. Hickman litigation, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, prisoners rights and juvenile justice advocates, academics, and expert consultants met to discuss the status of juvenile justice reform in California.
