Join SLS Rule of Law Projects

January 26, 2012 12:45pm - 2:00pm

Room 280B
The Rule of Law Program at Stanford Law School explores the relationship between legal development and the political, economic and social foundations of state-building. Three student projects in Afghanistan, Timor Leste, and Kurdistan are the primary drivers of an associated curriculum of theoretical and applied workshops. Each of the student projects produces texts used in universities and/or professional training programs. Students who are admitted into each of the three projects take a 1-unit class in spring quarter of their 1L year, and two 3-unit classes as 2Ls. Hear from faculty advisor Erik Jensen and current 2Ls and 3Ls about how you can get involved.
